Beginnings and ends

My good friend Rachel, who used to be my boss, delivered her baby minutes ago. Bailey is the first child for Rachel and her husband. (Get this: 20-something MARRIED couple with NO OTHER KIDS! How odd is that?!!?)

Today is Kar's last full day of high school.
